Fast service! And super good price for airport dining. I had the breakfast chicken and waffles. It was delicious.

I don’t normally go out of my way to write a review, but Hattie B’s hooked me up tonight. Unsure the name of the gentleman that took my order, I assume he was the shift manager, he was awesome. Food was fresh. Place was super clean. Price was more than reasonable, especially for an airport restaurant. I only wish I had got more pickles, but the amount I received was appropriate. Looking at their hours, I believe I may have even showed up 30 minutes after close and they still got me fed. Much love to the BNA Hattie B’s team, definitely made my late night layover more enjoyable.

Wow, this place is great! Had to try some Nashville hot chicken while I was here. They move fast; I only had to wait about 5 mins for my order. I got the medium level heat and it was perfect for me. Nice burn on the throat and lips, but not excessive. The sandwich came with a pile of amazing fries and a small cup of slaw. This meal is a real value for airport food let alone a great meal.

Hattie B’s at the airport did not miss a single beat. I travel a fair bit and usually airport restaurants suck and they up charge, so quality and quantity goes down while price goes up. That is not the case with Hattie B’s. The staff were great and hustling the entire time we were there. Super considerate of airport travelers, keeping paths clear and food churning to keep up with the long lines and orders. It was a great experience for the kids because they can’t do too much spice yet but they loved the flavor and spices on the southerner (no heat) level for the tenders. The wings were juicy and fantastic and the classic sandwich at mild hit the spot with plenty of heat for us. The fries and mac and cheese were fantastic as well. Didn’t realize the portions were going to be generous, if I would have known, I’d have bought one tender platter for the kids, as it was plenty of food for them. As for the staff, they had to deal with grumpy travelers and people on the move from all over visiting NashVegas, and they did a great job. I don’t know who the head guy was, but big man was crushing it with kindness, with his calm demeanor, was taking care of the staff and the customers all at the same time. Even with how busy it was and people leaving a mess in the sitting area, he kept on it and kept the staff and customers all positive. Don’t care what else is at this airport, this will be my forever spot anytime I fly through here in the future.

When stuck in the Nashville airport 8 hours due to flight delays, you get Nashville hot chicken. We stopped by at dinner time so it was busy and the food came out slow, but it was worth the wait!

I stopped by Hattie B’s for a chicken tender box and it was amazing! The chicken was perfectly seasoned, crispy, and juicy, and the sauce had the perfect finishing touch. The service was fast, and I had no trouble finding a place to sit. Everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming. The young woman at the front who served me was especially sweet, and KD and Rich went above and beyond—super accommodating and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care and take pride in what they do. This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. If I’m ever in Tennessee again, I’ll definitely be back!

Was a great meal before flying out, hot and fresh. Had medium sandwich and hot tenders. It was spicy and warmed me up. Fries were good, Cole slaw was on point with spicy chicken. Tried peach cobbler and was good, just needed ice cream. Didn’t like having to walk down to grab food after leaving a tip, not sure why I tipped. Pickles paired well. Sauce was great, I’d have this meal again and save this for before flying home. Person taking order was helpful, person calling names was not engaged

The food is so good! Hattie B’s is a must stop whenever we’re in Nashville so we were excited to find that they have a spot in the airport. It’s the best hot chicken! The staff was generally unhurried and not very friendly and the restaurant was messy. But it’s an airport, I never expect much out of the employees in an airport restaurant.
